In alignment with the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure, our certified computer examiners recognize their overriding duty to provide objective, unbiased, and non-partisan evidence to the court. We remain strictly independent of any litigation bias or client influence.

All forensic analysis, data extractions, and expert reports are derived exclusively from verifiable digital evidence. We never manipulate, alter, or overstate forensic findings under any circumstances.

Every piece of digital media submitted to our laboratory is handled utilizing strict write-blocked isolation protocols to prevent data alteration, contamination, or metadata spoliation.

We maintain a seamless, mathematically validated chain of custody from reception to return. Digital images are sealed with advanced cryptographic hashing (SHA-256/MD5) to ensure absolute data verification.

We maintain strict physical and electronic security controls over all recovered files, case logs, and corporate records. No customer data or investigative insight is ever disclosed to unauthorized third parties unless compelled by a valid judicial warrant or court order.

Our internal storage, processing, and purging protocols fully comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and provincial privacy legislations across Canada.

Our digital forensic examiners actively maintain recognized industry credentials, including the Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) designation, and fully adhere to the standards established by the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners (ISFCE).

We do not accept cases or undertake scientific analysis that falls outside our verified core technical capabilities. If a highly specialized cryptographic or logical barrier requires external tool validation, it is documented with full transparency.

We thoroughly vet all corporate and civil matters prior to intake to ensure zero conflicts of interest exist between our laboratory, corporate agents, and opposing legal teams.

Data Rescue Labs strictly prohibits bribery, facilitation payments, or unethical financial arrangements. While our standard data recovery options operate on a conditional outcome basis, our professional forensic investigations are strictly billed at fixed or hourly professional rates to eliminate any contingency bias from our scientific conclusions.
