Data Rescue Labs Inc. utilizes automated and operational mobile text messages (SMS) to provide immediate, real-time tracking transparency during device analysis. Messages include laboratory case intake confirmations, chain of custody verification codes, appointment scheduling, component-level micro-soldering milestones, critical engineering alerts, and automated billing or invoice notifications.

By providing your mobile phone number, selecting the text-authorization parameters on our Case Intake forms, or opting into our customer framework, you provide explicit, affirmative consent to receive text communications from our dedicated short-code or verified laboratory long-codes. Consent is registered locally and is never presumed or forced.

You maintain the absolute right to revoke text authorization at any point. To permanently halt all automated transmissions, simply reply STOP to any message received from Data Rescue Labs. Upon processing your keyword command, our server infrastructure will dispatch a final, automated confirmation text stating that your profile has been successfully purged from our outbound cellular router queues. Following this notification, no further SMS interactions will occur.

If you experience carrier routing anomalies, message failures, or require immediate interaction regarding your forensic data, reply HELP to any message, or contact our operations center directly. Our customer support desk can override automated parameters or help verify encryption delivery keys over alternative secure channels.

Message frequency is dynamic and depends entirely on the status, diagnostic phase, or active parameters of your physical case structure. Standard messaging and data transmission rates mandated by your wireless carrier may apply across Canadian and International networks. Wireless carriers (including Bell, Rogers, Telus, and affiliate infrastructure hubs) are not liable for delayed, intercepted, or undelivered transactional text alerts.

Data Rescue Labs Inc. treats phone numbers and SMS consent under a zero-leak policy. Mobile text opt-in data, specific account identifiers, and cell phone records will never be sold, leased, or shared with third-party networks, external affiliates, or commercial brokers for marketing or promotional actions under any circumstances. All data parameters are governed in close coordination with our core Privacy Policy framework.
