Our designated Data Privacy Officer ensures that all laboratory workflows, electronic storage units, and physical evidence lockers strictly enforce verified data minimization protocols.

We collect necessary profiling information—such as your full name, phone number, email address, law firm credentials, corporate registration tracking, and communication history—solely to register infrastructure cases, facilitate invoicing, and manage operations.

Evidence Data consists of the raw target data found inside hard drives, SSDs, mobile phones, or storage keys submitted for forensics or recovery. This data is classified under our highest level of internal security and is entirely segregated from our corporate networks.

By providing your phone number and opting into SMS through our web forms or intake portals, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding appointment scheduling, order alerts, account notifications, post-service instructions, and critical service updates related to your case only. Message frequency varies, and standard message or data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. SMS consent and phone numbers are strictly protected and are never shared with non-authorized third parties or external affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All extraction, bit-stream drive imaging, micro-soldering data reads, and forensic analysis are executed on completely air-gapped, offline hardware workstations. Your evidence data is never transmitted to, indexed by, or stored on external public cloud environments.

Our primary laboratory hub maintains perimeter tracking, continuous CCTV monitoring, and restricted key-card protocols. Only certified computer examiners are granted access to live target media environments.

To guarantee data integrity and allow clients to verify successful recovery or investigation outcomes, temporary case images are held in secure offline storage for exactly 30 calendar days following the formal closure of the matter.

Upon expiration of the 30-day lifecycle, all temporary mirror clones, forensic images, and parsed databases are permanently and irrevocably destroyed using advanced cryptographic overwriting routines conforming to NIST SP 800-88 guidelines, rendering physical restoration mathematically impossible.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or lease your personal information, corporate metadata, or harvested evidence to third-party brokers or data networks under any circumstances. We only share details with authorized service providers who strictly assist in delivering our specialized lab operations.

Client data and evidence records are only disclosed when explicitly authorized by the retaining legal counsel, or when mandated by a valid judicial subpoena, search warrant, or binding federal court order in the Province of Ontario.
